Mayor of Ealing Cllr Harbhajan Dheer &amp; Mayor of Barnett Cllr Shooter accompanied the youth at half time onto the pitch in front of a 20,000 sellout crowd and hand over a&nbsp;<strong>Torch of Unity<\/strong>&nbsp;(this year using&nbsp;<strong>London\u2019s original 1948 Olympic Torch<\/strong>&nbsp;)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/anveshantech.in\/gteice\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/tourch01.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"532\" src=\"https:\/\/anveshantech.in\/gteice\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/tourch01.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12016\" srcset=\"https:\/\/anveshantech.in\/gteice\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/tourch01.jpg 800w, https:\/\/anveshantech.in\/gteice\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/tourch01-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/anveshantech.in\/gteice\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/tourch01-768x511.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Then all the kids formed a&nbsp;<strong>Guard of Honour<\/strong>&nbsp;for Saracens and Newcastle players coming back onto the pitch after half time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This represents the coming together of Unity in London and the 4th Unity of Faiths Festival taking place in Barnett at the Allianz Stadium on August bank holiday this year said Esmond Rosen of the Barnet multi faith forum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Kids also exchanged a Football to Rugby Team and visa versa showing how sport has an incredible way of breaking barriers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TUFF have a unique football project which instills British fundamental values is rolling the project out over London, and soon to go national with other sports like rugby joining this important social initiative said the TUFF founders Dr Talwar &amp; Anna Prior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TUFF brought Football for Unity now it brings Rugby for Unity! together London for Unity<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/anveshantech.in\/gteice\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Torch-02.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"532\" src=\"https:\/\/anveshantech.in\/gteice\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Torch-02.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12017\" srcset=\"https:\/\/anveshantech.in\/gteice\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Torch-02.jpg 800w, https:\/\/anveshantech.in\/gteice\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Torch-02-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/anveshantech.in\/gteice\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Torch-02-768x511.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sunday 1st May 15:00 \u2013 Allianz Stadium This Sunday kids from London will came together to light the&nbsp;Torch of Unity.
